I would like to report my concerns about the quality of the services that I received on date 10th November 2016. I bought an egg drop soup, under receipt number TXZ 201654, of which I was very disappointed in the middle of the meal. I found the human hair in the soup making it unbearable and irritating to continue with my meal. I also noticed that the floor was filthy with spots of soup and other food remnants that had dropped. The incident affected my perception about the hygiene of the restaurant, thus forcing me to raise a complaint. The hair could only serve as an example since one of my friends had pointed out that he once found a dead cockroach in his soup, some days back. Previously, I enjoyed spending my lunch time at your place, but I am afraid to report that if this is not taken corrected, I will be forced to get an alternative dining place. I am convinced that poor hygiene and carelessness among your employees may cost the lives of the customers as the meals can cause infections to the consumers. Besides, the image of the business can be affected as everybody might go out there demarketing your services because of their experience with your services and products.
