The most important strategy employed entail awareness creation and education. Implementation of educative programs is, in essence, pervasive in addressing health issues. In addition, education empowers and encourages behavior change because of the increased knowledge. Educative communication raises awareness on healthy living and behavior change among members of the public. Thus, when the public becomes aware of regulatory policies, they can make healthy living decisions. Correspondingly, program evaluation method is applicable for documenting the effect education the targeted community. The training evaluation method revealed the extent that the public was able to conceptualize the significance of health information and the necessity of preventive measures (Woolf, Jonas & Kaplan-Liss, 2008). In this view, implementation of educative programs resulted in a considerable reduction in the numbers exposed to cholera and diarrhea.
