Society and Deep Learning dependence
The Deep Learning is not a recent research topic, in the year of 1950 Allan Turing made the publication of a research article called: Computing Machine and Intelligence;From the research carried out, the unknown arises if computers could interact with the user. Alan Turing, as a proposal of his article, presents an imitation game that allowed to identify if a computer could think. In the game presented, they must determine which of the two is the woman, and both and her, they must confuse it, which is known as the Turing. He also predicted that at the end of the century, the use of words and educated opinions could be altered so much that he was going to speak with computers. The test performed, allows the intelligence of the bots and their Deep Learning capabilities, therefore, the fact of achieving this test, is the greatest advance of this technology.
Microsoft developed its own engine in charge of the Deep Learning called Satori, has indexed a billion objects in 4 years and runs daily to capture and learn information, with this information, Microsoft Bing shows predictive data on: politics, sports and others, on the other hand, IBM has its own engine called Watson.
The Deep Learning discovers a complex structure in large data sets by using the retro propagation algorithm to indicate how a machine must change its internal parameters that are used to calculate the representation in each layer of the representation in the anterior previous layer. Deep convolutional networks have made advances in image processing, video, voice and audio, while recurring networks have illuminated sequential data such as text and voice.
Today, societies depend deeply on computer technologies for industrial processes, factories, banks, energy facilities, etc. They are also interrelated. Having to evolve security measures and law to deal with new threats in cyberspace. Although cyber technologies have not played a very important role in conflicts, the international community approach on this matter has increased considerably in the late nineties and even more, after the attacks of September 11, 2001.
The nature of cyber attacks has evolved over time;Malicious programs exist since the 70s and dispersed manually until the day on which the Internet began to play an important role in daily life. The attacks that are currently made are against private and public websites with the aim of causing chaos in a given state and against industries to delay important projects.
When talking about effective measures against cyber threats among the main problems is the common definition of the term cybersecurity. The definition given by some authorities is different from those accepted by the majority of the international community, therefore, a cooperation in the cybernetic field is almost impossible. Internet security or cyberspace is of interest to all, not only of a single state but also of the entire international community.
