The administration and organization of a company, is responsible for the situation that the company present, including key factors such as the quality of the products or services that it is offered, therefore, it is necessary to carry out proper control during the production processes, forAvoid losses at the end of the operation.

Starting from this analysis, we can define quality as a set of characteristics of one product, valued with respect to another, the same that aims to meet needs. The company’s quality control area is responsible for reviewing and verifying the products through sampling or inspection carried out efficiently.

The department responsible for inspecting quality is what controls the existence of defective products, by using a sampling that determines the quality level that the product presents, which benefits the company, generating reduction or elimination of reprocess costs, rejections and problems relations with product guarantees.

Developing.

The parts that make up a system, include objectives and functions, for example the production area comprises or analyzing its interrelated areas, which are: industrial engineering, production planning and control, quality control, service engineering, whose phasesThey are necessary to achieve a final work carried out called resource transformation (Roldán, 2001, p. 3).

Companies that lead the market applied a plan based on the organization of production, achieving internal changes, individualizing their processes, choosing the processes that have relevance, analyzing them, presented improvements and last instance using this benchmarking approach for their companies.

Currently the application of the quality management system in companies, under the guidelines of ISO 9000 and 9001 standards and through courses carried out internally, will provide the necessary knowledge regarding the quality in the production or manufacturing phase, generating improvementsIn the labor market, in addition to creating advances in its internal cooperativity, in order to achieve the desired objective.

The company’s management analyzes the importance of quality for its business and begins to consider establishing a quality management system, based on ISO 9000 or 9001 standards, this need can start from the requirement of an important client orFor conviction that it is good for the company, considering it as a competitive advantage, but not as an investment, since generally the only thing that is sought is the certification of the quality model implemented by the company.

Arrieta, mentions: Operations management plays a supporting role and guarantees adequate control within the production plant. Thus, the head of Operations and the departments in general of the company, have a relationship with synergistic approach, emphasizing the importance of the production area, because it certifies that the processes are efficiently.

According to what was mentioned above, the quality of the products plays an important role in the organization, influencing the same ways, so that a better quality in a product, leads to winning a better market share, in addition to beingachieves a reduction of costs, guarantees, and reducing or eliminating reprocesses. In addition, analyzing its position in the market, greater prestige can be obtained against competition and customers, due to the preference of high quality by consumers;that is, we would also be working brand positioning.

Total quality administration (TQM) is a way to manage the company in general by analyzing that the objectives of the same is to meet the expectations of its consumers or customers through the improvement of the quality of its products and processes for theits production. This means that the concept of quality generated by the customer, focuses on the fact that it evaluates the level of quality present in the products, but the organization estimates the final result; That is, satisfy the consumer with what he wants and with the degree of quality he needs, so that he generates a positive remembrance and arguments about the company or the brand either in the short, medium or long term; For these reasons international companies have made this type of approach, in order to know in advance what the market expects.

Total Quality Management states that this system is not limited to the production/ operations area of an organization, as originally all control techniques emphasized, but to the entire organization. The organization as such must emphasize an internal synergy in its departments or areas, since it is not limited to rechargeing general responsibilities only in the area of production or operations.

conclusion.

In this test it can be concluded that the quality administration in the production phase and in the operations of the companies, have a positive impact because a quality management system allows to properly control the shortcomings presented by the production from itsBeginnings, avoiding finding this type of errors in the final stage, correcting all aspects that concern the product as such, from its design, quality of the raw material, elaboration process, which leads to eliminating unnecessary costs of reprocessors, guarantees or returns by having a defective product.

Being recommended to carry out the respective quality evaluation and control, either by external organizations hired by the company or approved organizations to carry out controls during the production process and subsequently certify the quality of the same. This quality certification gives the company greater recognition at the business level in front of the competition, in addition to satisfying the expectations of the customer or consumer when receiving its product.
