Introduction

The video chosen to carry out this activity has been "the person in charge". Regarding the video, we are faced with a classroom that is governed by the norm, as was common at the time and as we see, although much less, today. 

Developing

By the organization of the classroom we could say that it is a class where the instruction predominates and not the dialogue between the students, since all are silent, sitting one by one and “attentive” before an exhibition class by the teacher. The interpersonal relationship with students probably is probably not given importance. Once this has been reflected, I went to analyze the behavior of each of the individuals from their perspective at the conflict that occurs when the teacher leaves. What he is looking for is "attracting attention" and listening to him, adding his behavior not very appropriate to the anger that produces that Martín continues to put crosses, so the conflict is increasing and his search for solutions does not go beyond “weWe see at the exit ". And finally, the teacher, someone who is probably considered authoritarian and strict, of which the students expect with fear, to arrive and impose the sanctions before the behaviors produced, and that when he arrives and see that more or less it is maintainedThe calm in the classroom. It is still concentrated in the master class that has to give and shows no interest in what happened. 

All of which occurs without the students himself manifest by word what has happened. The perspective as an obstacle to prevention in short, different perspectives with different reasons by each of them to act in that way, which makes a conflict in the classroom, probably not known by the teacher who in itfind. And, as always, it becomes difficult to try to solve it without "judging" behaviors under our perspective or "moral judgment". About what each one should have done or not, to do it well and have avoided the conflict. In my opinion, some of the keys that would allow the resolution of this conflict or even prevention so that it did not appear would be the creation of agreed norms through negotiation, the possibility of debate and dialogue in the classroom (for example with another organizationFrom the classroom, the exchange of ideas could be propitiated), interpersonal relationship with the students where more affection is shown in addition to the demands already appreciated, the work of social skills such as expressing their opinions (in the case of Ana) and the acceptance of criticism of criticism(by Luis and Martín himself), among others.
