Introduction

Developing

Each improvement or progress must be better and more ambitious than the past, known as the principle of progression, and the rest of the governments must be informed about these advances. In addition, countries can contact, cooperate and put their contributions nationwide: each country defines the objectives of each country. It should be noted that countries will not be under pressure or will be forced to establish a national objective, they will simply be part of a name and dishonor system.
