Memo To: Supervisor From:Eric Thompson Date: February 8, 2018 19049318770Re:Review of Salary Raise Following the recent annual review of employee performance, my results indicated that I had placed a lot of effort to contribute to the growth of the company. However, my salary increase does not reflect my input and achievements in the past year. I would, therefore, like to request for a review of my salary increment since I feel that the increase is minimal. I am entitled to a higher increase due to the added effort and the contribution that I have made to the success of the company. I managed to achieve all the goals that I had set in at the beginning of the previous year. One of my goals was to surpass the sales record in our department that stood at $ 2.3 million that had been set by the sales team in 2016. I successfully managed to motivate the members of our team throughout the trading period to surpass the sales record by $ 0.7 million. I also instituted the use of modern technology in our department to allow the company to reach more customers hence get more revenue. Among the programs that have been introduced that utilize the available technology include the online real-time ordering system, prompt customer reply, and the implementation of an online company loyalty system. The programs have been transformative in the way that the company relates to clients. New and existing customers have been impressed by the programs hence leading to the record sales.
