Human behavior is in cultural essence
Culture is the expression of nature itself and its way of interacting with each other, the central and fundamental axis of culture is the human being, and this is limited by its short temporality on earth, in its passage through it interprets andat the same time influence the ways of understanding the surrounding world.
We can exemplify this with the beautiful image of "La Piedad" of the artist Miguel Ángel, when he sculpted her, to the marble material that he uses did not change his nature, he did not convert the marble into gold or silver, he simply gave it a way that is to say, I represent and representMármol became a state of art, resulting in one of the most beautiful works of art. Because in the same way the human being interacts with culture, it retains its history and manifests itself through it, its fundamental values, its education its architecture, its religion, a language, education, gastronomy etc. Culture is an interpretation of the human being both objective and subjective and this collectively transforms it into a society becoming a particular people and a nation.

Culture, we do understand life as a crop, this needs certain elements to bloom, a good land, water, the correct amount of energy etc. Well, just the human being needs elements that give significance to their existence, and the set of these elements are framed within what we call culture.
Cicero a prominent character of the Roman Republic, emphasized in relation to the concept of humanity the need to cultivate the soul as a process of development of human progress of humanization. Therefore, culture is connatural to the person its relationship with nature that surrounds it its way of relating, transforms it and changes it by adding an extrinsic value promoting its continuous improvement.

Culture according to UNESCO “can be considered as the set of distinctive, spiritual and material, intellectual and affective features that characterize a society or a social group. She encompasses, in addition to the arts and letters, the ways of life, the fundamental rights to the human being, the value systems, the traditions and the beliefs and that the culture gives man the ability to reflect on himself.”(Cultural, 1982)
Culture is determined by its particular elements and ways of expressing themselves, we can highlight the customs, norms, principles and symbols that govern it from which we can establish:
- Customs are the very particular behavior with which it is identified to assume or accept a community, these particular customs become traditions, in a general way what are considered good customs becomes law and the law is the basis of every society.
- The rules is the instructions guide to which every citizen must be adjusted to be able to live in a written community in another way are the rules that govern a society.
- The principles are of a general nature and apply in particular, regularly the principles are universal and guide the action of people. There is a great countless symbols of a private group, a country or universal for example traffic, networks, communication etc.
- The symbols are the signs that establish a relationship between the subject and the object the symbol is abstract and evokes or represents an identity with a reality.
Organizational culture
The basis of every organization’s culture is based on its mission, vision and values, these shared beliefs form the behaviors with which its members are expected to identify and this will be evidenced in their form of work between departments and people, cultureOrganizational has acquired utmost importance in companies for what has been in the last decade of an evolution and revolution of its operation, putting as a central axis of the organization to human being and the so -called work competencies, knowing the predominant behaviors of peopleThey reveal whether or not they may align the company’s organizational culture.
Organization culture allows to mold and establish behavior parameters within an organization, establish criteria and rules of performance, communication channels, establish clear objectives and measure them based on results.
“Culture provides a common reference framework that allows a more or less homogeneous conception of reality, and therefore a similar pattern of behaviors in specific situations. Is how they think and do things here. Every organization has corporate culture ”(Ritter, 2008)
To understand the concept of culture, you need to understand it in its two dimensions, the subjective interpretation of culture that is constituted by the person itself, and the objective culture that is the action of this person. The interactions of both reflect a purpose and update of the culture itself, the culture with which we were formed is not the same as we inherit in its process of interpreting it we have already transformed it.
The organizational culture, is influenced by communication the results, strategy and other variables that can affect the behavior of the organization and compliance with organizational objectives, such as continuous improvement, productivity, competitiveness, in such a way that they know each otherthe effects of these relationships and propose strategies based on what was found.
