History of Islam and its ideologies
Introduction
Throughout history, civilizations have struggled to prevail over each other, trying to impose their ideologies, whether these policies, religious, social or cultural. The resurgence of Islam has revived deep cultural differences between the West and the Islamic world, which Islamic radicals use to their benefit through a malicious interpretation of their sacred books, as expressed by the leader of the Ahmedia community in Uruguay Yousaf Khan, ““… True Islam does not allow violence towards other religions or its followers.
We believe that other Muslims have forgotten the teachings, do not study the Qur’an and then listen to clergymen who are full of hate. They emit their sermons and the followers begin to accept them without questioning them … ". These differences are reflected through various declarations of personalities linked to Islam, as demonstrated by some of Fatima Mernissi’s statements in his book the "fear of modernity: Islam and Democracy".
Developing
"… West is a militarist and imperialist and has traumatized other nations through colonial terror …" "… individualism, seal of Western culture, is the source of all affliction …" "The power of the West is fearsome, it only decides if it employsTheir satellites to educate the Arabs or to throw bombs … "There are signs that Allah will guarantee Islamic victory without swords, without gun, without conquest. We do not need terrorists, or suicides. The millions of Muslims in Europe will make it a Muslim continent in a few decades … ".
Crushes our possibilities and invades our lives … It is a power that crushes us, besiege our markets and controls our situation, the Gulf War turned our impression into certainty … to free itself from this servility, Islam must achieve its own engineers, scientists, buildyour own weapons … "
These words as Samuel P says. Huntington "… are not the words of an Islamic extremist, of an Ayatola, but reflect an entrenched antioccidental feeling …". There are also statements from leaders of the Islamic world that suggest and sometimes clearly demonstrate what their vision and objective with respect to Islam and the world, among them we highlight the following:

conclusion
Undoubtedly, statements of such tenor, highlight a conception ideology that only contributes to increasing distrust and tensions between the Muslim and West world, particularly the great world references. However, it is not acceptable, ethically correct to fall into generalizations that only lead to create faults and guilty of one side or another, when not all are part or share such expressions.
