In other words, Criminal Justice is a law enforcement system that includes the judiciary, police, probation, and corrections. Additionally, it is directly involved in the capture, defense, imprisonment, prosecution, supervision, and sentencing of individuals or organizations charged or suspected to be involved in delinquency.
