Scenario #2 Student Name Institution Affiliation Scenario #2 In this scenario, I would implement various strategies to enhance student understanding. Firstly, I would determine if the students understood the concepts I taught in class. In case the students fail to understand the concepts, I would engage in-depth teaching before giving them assignments. The in-depth teaching will involve evaluation of whether the problems and questions raised by students relate to each other. Secondly, I would develop a classroom management plan that creates a discussion forum where students can consult with each other about worksheet questions. The classroom management plan would eliminate interruptions caused by the students when I am conducting individual conferences. Thirdly, I would make use of my back office to assist students to understand the concepts without interrupting with individual meetings. Also, I would make use of my back office to monitor the classroom activities through the window. Lastly, I would develop ways in which the students can raise their concerns without interrupting individual conferences. For example, students who need additional help would submit their names and move to their desks after finishing up with individual conferences.
