Today, organizations, in search of the fulfillment of the proposed objectives, must have an efficient communication model, which allows to clearly and precisely transmit the messages to the other members of the organization. Each organization is different, therefore, the methods, channels and ways in which the communication process is carried out, are different.

Within organizations, we can find multiple communication channels, such as email, written communications (memoranda), corporate television, blogs, corporate magazines, suggestion mailbox, videoconferences, corporate social networks, internal chats, among others. The previous channels, administered in an effective way, allow the correct communication between the different departments of the companies;However, these are not always handled correctly, bringing with them various problems that can affect communication within the different companies.

The problems around communication in the business environment do not usually arise only based on communication channels and administration;Some of the problems are born as a result of the same structure of the organization. The communication and the way in which this is administered within the organization can generate great impacts within the organizational culture of each company, which are the values, habits and conceptions that each company has. One of the greatest problems that result as a consequence of the poor administration of communication channels, is their wrong use, and as a consequence, the misrepresentation of information, either because shared information is inadequate or little concise. From the previous problem, we will focus on the following example. To better understand the relevance of the aforementioned problem, and the importance of good management of communication channels by the administrator, let’s take Donald Trump, president of the United States, and its constant communication problems;Let’s see Trump as the administrator of a company, the United States as the company, the Twitter social network, such as the communication channel, and the members of the US government, such as the other members of the organization. Trump’s relations with his country’s public officials and his diplomatic relations have not been the best during his command period, and Twitter has been a clear witness to this.

Given the previous situation, Trump reacted, once again via Twitter, saying that he did not have "a single racist bone", which is questioned, given his reputation for hate against American minorities.

From the previous example, we can observe how the incorrect use of communication channels and the lack of control in the administration of them, can cause internal destabilization within the organization, conflicts, heated discussions, controversial and all kinds of problems among the members among the membersof the organization. Communication channels are tools that allow us to share ideas clearly and agile, their effectiveness will depend on the correct administration, address and control that is given to them. Within organizations, they must be released the different ways in which we can communicate between the different departments that make up a company, employees should know that their ideas are heard and the ways in which they can be released, andThat on multiple occasions, not only employees with management positions can have ideas that improve the way in which the company’s objectives are sought, many employees have different and innovative ideas that are lost, since they may not feel heard or ignoreThe way to share your ideas and views. The information shared through the communication channels must be clear and expressed correctly, the information must reach employees in a clear way, to avoid their misrepresentation, and in a respectful way, in order to prevent them from presentingProblems such as those evidenced in the example, and this is where the administrator must have greater control of the way he wants to communicate with his employees.
