Body language and the way we express ourselves

Introduction

Body language is the best way to express ourselves, it is said that 100% when expressing 60% to 70% comes from body language, these expressions are very difficult to control, since it expresses what it really feels in that moment.

For people who are in the health area, it is very important to know how to read these expressions or gestures that patients perform at the time of consultation.

Therefore, 10 surveys were conducted with different people and the gestures, gestures or positions that maintained throughout the small test were analyzed, in order to develop the ability to understand this language.

Justification

Understanding, and knowing how to read people through their body language will make us understand many things about how the patient is seven at that time.

Goal

Observe in the studied population that expressions carried out, as well as analyze whether they felt when conducting the survey.

Developing

Something that was seen in the 10 cases is that at the time of giving them the questions and seeing that they were open they filed complaints because they were of this type and no multiple choice, it can be that they do not know how to express themselves at all well in writing.

Three of them were very distracted and did not pay attention, they were distracted with their peers or playing with the pen or with the machine leaves.

Something that also appeared very frequently is that they were very nervous, they performed many noises, played with their hands, changed positions very frequently or spoke in a mediated voice as they answered the questionnaire.

What was also seen is that at the beginning of each question they were difficult to answer, but once they carried approximately one paragraph they grabbed everything that occurred to them.

Conclusions

To finish this work I would like to give my opinion about the activity first. I liked me a lot and that when observing people if you realize many things, since they get very nervous to what they don’t care for you to observe them and they cling to write everything they have in the mind. The first problem lies in what they got too nervous to see that he watched them and that he made small annotations, although they had already commented initially.

Something that I could also see is that some at the time of responding asked you if they had done well or finished answering a question and questioned their answer was correct, to which it was decided to inform them that the answers would not be qualified, that it was an opinion to different issues related to nutrition and if they believed that it was fine, so they relaxed a little and more easily answered those that followed.

Now, as conclusions we can see that most were frightened at the beginning of the questionnaire, since they considered that it was knowledge and not to analyze their body language, so when observing all that you realize that most of them were They felt fear of failing in this test. And we can see how important it is to be able to see these behaviors and know how to interpret them to know if the patient feels comfortable or with uncertainty, and from there to be able to establish a somewhat different relationship that can make an optimal medical-patient relationship.
